After reading our Warranty Policy please create a support ticket number through Support link in our webshop. This is to generate support ticket number which will serve as reference for items to be returned or exchanged as well as informing our TBS Customer Service agent of the incoming parcel. You'll also be given further instruction to where to send the item/product to get it replaced or exchanged.
