There are 4 signal pins that line up from the flight controller (top PCB) to the PDB (middle PDB). They transfer the signal from the FC via the PDB to the speed controllers (ESC) and motors.
You will need to add a drop of solder on each of the 4 holes so that there is good connection out to the signal pads where the ESC's go.
