How to track an order?

1) Log in to your order information, the link can be found at the order confirmation email which you have received after placing an order. The link follows this format:

If you are unable to locate your order confirmation email, please doublecheck your SPAM folder. If you still can't locate it, open a support ticket and let us know as many details as possible for us to track your order. For example, your PayPal transaction ID, the order e-mail or order address.

2) Scroll at the bottom page to see the "Track Shipment" button and click it. It will direct you to our courier's tracking system portal.

3) Hit on tracking details button to give you detailed tracking information.

The tracking link takes you to our logistics operator's website. In some instances, e.g. for shipping without a courier such as UPS, there may be more up-to-date information available at your local post's website. For example, in the USA you can try In Canada it's Canada Post. And so on.
